ℹ️ How are Zay Baby Shop baby hamper prepared?

All our baby gift baskets are carefully assembled by hand, with attention to every detail. We ensure that all items are arranged harmoniously and practically, with elegant and soft color combinations for a truly special result.
Our goal is for every basket to be not only beautiful but also functional.

 

 


📸 Do the items stay in place during shipping in the baby gift set?

Yes 😊. 

On some large marketplaces, customers have complained that newborn gift sets arrive completely disorganized, which affects the final presentation of the gift. At Zay Baby Shop, we have invested a lot of effort in developing a special shipping technique for our beautiful baby gift baskets, so that each item stays as much as possible in its place and the gift arrives neatly and attractively to the recipient.

Each newborn gift is carefully and individually prepared, with great attention to detail. Although we cannot fully control handling during shipping, our goal is to minimize any disorder as much as possible – so far, we have achieved a 100% success rate with all our deliveries.


🎀 Are the Baby gift set wrapped?

Yes, of course. Each basket is wrapped in clear cellophane and decorated with a beautiful bow , ready to surprise. We make sure they're prepared like a real gift, so the recipient can experience the joy of opening something special and carefully arranged.


👶💌 Can the Baby Gift be sent directly to the new parents?

Yes, of course 💕. During the order process, you'll find a clearly defined area for specifying a different delivery address than your billing address .
We ensure that the basket is delivered directly to the new parents , perfectly presented and with no price tag , so they receive a beautiful, carefully prepared gift.


📦 What is included in shipping?

The baskets are carefully packaged in a shipping box lined with white protective paper to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
In the box we include a delivery note that states:

  • Name and address of the invoice recipient (who places the order).

  • Name and address of the recipient (who will receive the gift).
    👉 Important: The delivery note does not contain any prices , only the product description.


✉️ Can I add a personal greeting card?

Yes 😊. All our baby hampers include a greeting card with a standard message and the name of the person placing the order.
If you'd like, you can personalize the message by entering your desired text in the "Notes" section during the checkout process. We'll print your message on the card, making the gift even more personal.


🎁👀 How does the recipient know it is a gift?

On the outside of the shipping box we attach a personalized sticker with the text:

“Gift from [Buyer’s Name]”
This way, the recipient immediately knows that it is a carefully selected gift.


⚠️ What happens if the delivery is not picked up?

Each shipping company has its own delivery terms and conditions. If the recipient is not available at the provided address at the time of delivery, depending on the carrier’s policies, a second delivery attempt may be made at the same address, or the package may be left at a parcel shop for collection.

If the shipment is a surprise gift sent directly to the new parents, we make every effort – whenever possible – to maintain the element of surprise. In such cases, we may inform the recipient via SMS or WhatsApp that a lovingly prepared baby gift is ready for collection, providing the necessary details about the pickup location without revealing the sender, as far as possible.

If we do not have sufficient contact details for the recipient (e.g., no phone number), we will contact the person who placed the order to coordinate the next steps or obtain the required information.

Our goal is to manage the delivery process with the utmost care and attention, while always following the procedures and terms of the shipping company.
